Pride In Care

Direct Primary Care

Healthcare Made Simple

Transparent, Personalized Primary Care

At Pride In Care, we believe healthcare should be simple, personal, and accessible. Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model removes the barriers of traditional insurance-based medicine – so you can enjoy transparent pricing, unlimited visits, and direct access to your provider when you need it most.

Through DPC, patients receive continuous, preventive, and relationship-based care focused on long-term health and wellness. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, seeking routine checkups, or simply want a provider who truly knows you, our goal is to make healthcare stress-free and centered around you.

In addition to our DPC services, we proudly offer DOT physical exams for commercial drivers. These exams are performed efficiently and professionally, helping you meet federal requirements and stay certified to drive safely – with care you can trust.

At Pride In Care, we know that understanding your healthcare options matters. Whether you’re exploring Direct Primary Care or scheduling your DOT exam, we’ve answered the most common questions to help you feel confident before your visit.

With DPC, you don’t have to deal with insurance restrictions or long wait times. You get more time with your provider, same-day or next-day appointments, and care that focuses on prevention and your long-term health goals.

Everyone can benefit from Direct Primary Care, but it’s especially valuable for individuals and families who want a strong relationship with their provider, better access to care, and more control over their healthcare costs.

No, DPC services are provided directly through our membership model, so insurance is not required. This keeps costs predictable and allows us to focus on patient care—not paperwork.

If a referral or hospitalization is needed, we’ll coordinate your care and share your medical information to ensure a smooth transition. You can continue your DPC membership for follow-up and ongoing care.

A DOT exam is a federally required medical evaluation for commercial drivers. It checks your vision, hearing, blood pressure, and overall fitness to safely operate a commercial vehicle, following FMCSA guidelines.

Most DOT exams take about 30 minutes. After completion, you’ll receive your medical certification card right away, valid for up to two years if you meet all requirements.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your current medical card (if renewing), a list of medications, and any corrective lenses, hearing aids, or medical records related to ongoing conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure.

DOT medical cards are typically valid for two years, but drivers with certain health conditions (like hypertension or diabetes) may need to renew sooner for ongoing monitoring.
